Charles Aguayo was born in the San Fernando Valley and moved to Santa Clarita in 1993

He has earned an Associate’s Degree in Business, from College of the Canyons, and a Bachelor’s Degree from California State University, Northridge.

His career history includes positions in: Banking, Bookkeeping, Accounting, Income Tax Preparation, and Trust Supervisor in the Title and Escrow Industry. Most recently, General Manager in a family Construction business.

Today, Charles is excited to use his position as Real Estate Agent at Keller Williams VIP Properties, and his extensive work experience and unique skill set to meet the needs of his clients.

Equipped with a positive attitude and outstanding work ethic, Charles’ focus is providing excellent customer service and support.

Charles lives in Newhall, and is well known in the community and has established relationships with local charities and businesses.

When he is not working or volunteering, he loves spending time with his wife and two kids. He enjoys working out, bike riding, and Santa Clarita’s beautiful local parks, pools, and paseos.
